HEALER
-
Reiki (Ray-Kee), a gentle, non-invasive, spiritually guided energy balancing technique that promotes physical and/or emotional healing in the body, was discovered in Japan (1922).
-
Rei (spiritual wisdom) - Ki (life energy) can only be channeled by someone who has been trained, certified and attuned to it. Reiki allows positive energy to flow into the body through the hands of a practitioner whether in-person or at a distance.
-
Reiki has been scientifically shown to decrease pain levels, promote deep relaxation and reduce stress and tension, aids in better sleep, helps relieve anxiety and depression, boosts moods, overall wellbeing, and so much more! It flows into your parasympathetic nervous system and helps you relax the mind and body.
-
Reiki will aid in the healing process if the client is open to receiving the therapy. The ability to recognize unhealthy personal qualities within ourselves and be willing to let them go is necessary if we are to move forward with our personal wellbeing. We must surrender to Reiki's ability so that it can guide us more quickly along the path of quality healing.
-
Reiki can only do good and can never cause harm.
